We take delicious edible cookie dough and add a layer of keto ice cream in the middle for a treat that will keep you cool this summer. If you have ever wished there was more cookie dough in your cookie dough ice cream, this dessert was made for you. Each bite has two layers of our keto chocolate chips and buttery cookie dough with vanilla ice cream keeping it cool in the middle.
How do we make this gluten free? Using lupin and almond flour in the cookie dough base does the trick. They are also great low carb flours to use if you want edible cookie dough, since they do not require baking to be enjoyed. Sprinkle in our delicious and decadent dark chocolate chips and you have got the best dessert this summer!
